Position Summary:

The National Accounts Support Manager will work closely with our internal departments as well as interfaces with our company’s largest customer. This position will be responsible for the tasks outlined below and other tasks as requested by the National Account Executive. This position will report directly to the National Account Executive with indirect reporting to the National Service Manager. This position is responsible for the direct management of others.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer setup in internal Woodgrain system, SAP
• Manage relationships with third party logistics customers
• Knowledge of business side processes for EDI
• Maintain customer material information records in SAP
• Price variance reporting
• Store issue resolution
• Manage team of Customer Service Representatives
• Reporting on key metrics related to sales, in store service and department performance
• Oversee our special order process including quoting and follow up
• Coordinate cross functionally on host order processing
• Ownership and management of sales order processes for all National Accounts related orders

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent with two to five years of related experience.
• Strong business acumen in operations and process improvement.
• Experience with analysis, problem solving and project management.
• Familiarity with item setup and maintenance in IDM.
• Knowledge of business side processes for EDI.
• Passion for customer service.
• Demonstrated success developing, motivating and managing people and processes in a customer service organization.
• 2-5 years of vendor relations, call center or customer service leadership experience.
• Requires good communication and technical skills along with being detail oriented.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate others to achieve company goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent with two to five years of related experience.
